What you will be doing:
We have several exciting opportunities for Manufacturing Cost Performance Managers to join our team. Reporting to Oliver Chamberlain SVP Product Cost these roles will provide a unique opportunity to lead and drive a company level strategic initiative across one of our Manufacturing Business Units.
Working with functions across Manufacturing Operations ET&S and portfolio planning the successful candidate will define and drive cultural process and system level initiatives to reduce cost within manufacturing.
These roles will manage a programme to transform our current state risks and opportunities to support the overall 5YP aligned to our company level financial commitments.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will Plan develop and implement the Cost Programme in line with business production and organisational priorities within a Manufacturing Business Unit including system and process improvements as well as:
