What you get to do:
You cant put a price on happiness. But you can help people bring home a wonderful reminder of one of the best times of their lives. As a Sales Ambassador youll deliver exceptional guest service while providing guests with product information and upselling when appropriate. Your bottom line will be to ensure guests have a shopping experience that meets and exceeds their expectations. Please note: As a Sales Ambassador there will be opportunities to work both inside and outside at various retail/revenue locations.
You will:
- Enthusiastically greet and interact with all guests
- Answer questions and resolve guest issues
- Assist guests with accurate product information
- Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors Vendors and our Guests
- Focus on up-selling and increasing sales while meeting guests needs
- Operate cash register and accurately process cash and credit transactions
- Minimize losses due to damage or theft
- Perform stock duties and maintain merchandise counters and displays
- Keep all assigned areas clean
- Practice safe work habits including the use of ladders and proper lifting techniques
What it takes to succeed:
- At least 15 years old
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- A passion for customer service
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Ability to accurately handle cash and learn and use the point-of-sale system
- Active listener with the ability to anticipate guests needs
- Ability to promote and ensure a safe and secure environment
- Flexibility to perform varied duties
