Job Summary
Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our this role you will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of our facilities and equipment contributing to a safe efficient and well-maintained work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections troubleshooting and repairs on building systems machinery and equipment
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts inventory
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical plumbing HVAC and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals schematics and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g. HVAC electrical) are a plus
