Job Description
A leading luxury travel operator is seeking a highly driven and commercially astute Director of UK Trade Sales to lead and accelerate growth across the UK market. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for shaping and executing a national trade sales strategy driving revenue across both established and newly launched products and strengthening long-term partnerships with UK travel agents. The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a high-performing sales function during an ambitious phase of expansion with a requirement to be office-based in the North of England at least one day per week.
Reporting into the senior leadership team the Director of UK Trade Sales will lead motivate and develop a well-established sales team while acting as a key commercial figurehead within the wider travel trade. Responsibilities include revenue growth market and competitor analysis sales forecasting budget management and cross-functional collaboration with marketing commercial and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership credentials a proven track record in senior sales management within a relevant sector and the ability to influence at the highest level including representing the business at industry events trade shows and partner engagements
