Location: We are seeking Suite Runners for the Hard Rock Stadium located in Miami Gardens FL.

Hard Rock Stadium is a global entertainment destination which is the home of the Miami Dolphins University of Miami football team Orange Bowl Super Bowl LIV and the 100th anniversary of the NFL International soccer and a host of world-class events including the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The Suite Attendant is responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience by providing a welcoming and well-maintained environment for suite guests. This role includes ensuring assigned suites are clean organized and properly attended to while delivering food and beverage service according to selected à la carte or buffet-style menus.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide a pleasant atmosphere for suite guests by ensuring assigned suites are clean orderly and well attended.
- Ensure all food and beverage items are delivered according to selected à la carte or buffet-style menus.
- Stock and set up suites prior to guest arrival and provide the highest level of service and personal attention throughout the game or event.
- Maintain courteous and professional interactions with guests while modeling Sodexo Live! standards for guest service.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage products menus and offerings.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong team orientation with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to perform well in a high-stress fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability to meet operational needs including nights weekends and holidays
Hard Rock Stadium is a world-class multi-purpose venue located in Miami Gardens Florida hosting major sporting events concerts and international entertainment experiences.
