Burnett Medical Center is looking for a casual/fill-in Physical Therapist to join our team.

We are a small Critical Access Hospital located in Grantsburg WIsconsin. Were just over an hour from the Twin Cities area and very close to the St. Croix River.

SHIFT & HOURS:

Casual/fill-in varied hours includes some weekends

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides physical therapy treatment and services to residents in the nursing home and to outpatient and hospital inpatients.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Certification and licensure by the State of Wisconsin as a Registered Physical Therapist.

BLS Certification.
