The Role

TimeEdit has a well-run highly automated finance function (Younium Bright Analytics Looker Studio HubSpot). This role is not about building the basics but about stepping up our game to use financial and operational insight to continue fuel our scale-up journey.

Your role spans two main arenas:

1. Financial Oversight

• Own financial strategy planning and reporting - internally and to board
• Ensure accuracy compliance and scalability across accounting and cash flow
• Partner with CEO and board on growth strategy capital allocation and long-term value creation
• Lead M&A IPO readiness and potential exit scenarios

2. Operational Execution

• Act as sparring partner to our VPs (Sales Customer Success Product Engineering) bringing financial insight into their decisions
• Translate customer and business data into actionable insights that improve efficiency and investment choices
• Build dashboards metrics and routines that give visibility and control while enabling speed
• Support teams in setting targets tracking performance and identifying improvement areas
• Champion cross-team initiatives that drive margins scalability and operational excellence
