About the Role:

As a Chef you will be responsible for running your own section maintaining high standards of food preparation presentation and hygiene. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to our hotels reputation for outstanding cuisine.

As the Chef. You will be involved with ensuring smooth service for various service: breakfast room service banquet and bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cook and present dishes to the hotels quality standards
• Manage and oversee your designated section efficiently
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety practices
• Assist with menu planning and development
• Train and support junior kitchen staff when required
• Ensure stock control ordering and minimising waste
• Work collaboratively as part of a professional and supportive team
• Assist with the control and management of food costs in line with budget and control production and portions in line with agreed specifications.

About You:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef in a hotel or similar high-volume environment
• Strong culinary skills and passion for high-quality food
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
• Positive attitude reliability and a commitment to teamwork
• Working rights
