Job Title:Footwear Designer(On-Site 5 days a week)

Job Summary:We are looking for a creative and talented Designer to join our team. The Designer willbe responsible forconceptualizing and creating visually appealing designs that meet client specifications and project requirements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design a strong portfolioshowcasingtheir work and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate creative concepts and ideas for various design projects based on client briefs and requirements.

• Create visually stunning graphics illustrations and layouts for print and digital media including brochures advertisements social media content and website assets.

• Develop andmaintainbrand identities for clients ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design elements.

• Work closely with clients project managers and other team members to understand project goals provide design recommendations and incorporate feedback into design iterations.

• Ensure the quality and accuracy of design deliverables by conducting thorough reviews and adhering to project timelines and specifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in graphic design Visual Communication or related field.

• 3 years of experience within Footwear Design
• Proven experience as a designer with a strong portfolio showcasingdiverse design projects and styles.

• Proficiencyin design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) Sketch and others.

• Strong understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout composition.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy in design execution.
