Job Summary
- Design develop and implement custom solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud for retail and e-commerce clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Optimize existing e-commerce platforms to enhance performance user experience and conversion rates
- Integrate third-party systems and APIs with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to e-commerce implementations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and Salesforce Commerce Cloud updates
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Ensure adherence to best practices in e-commerce development and Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementation
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Proven experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud in retail and e-commerce environments
- Strong proficiency in web development technologies including HTML CSS and JavaScript
- In-depth understanding of e-commerce best practices and industry trends
- Experience with API integrations and version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification (preferred)
- Experience with other Salesforce products (preferred)
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (preferred)
- Familiarity with mobile commerce (preferred)
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
