Job Summary
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Maintenance EngineerDongguan- Lead and manage maintenance technicians including assigning tasks setting priorities and ensuring team members are trained and motivated
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies to optimize equipment reliability minimize downtime and reduce maintenance costs
- Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and protocols to create a safe work environment for employees and prevent accidents
- Manage budgets materials and resources effectively to meet maintenance goals within allocated resources
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance maintenance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to enhance efficiency and reliability
Are you a MATCH
- Bachelor degree in engineering or related technical diploma
- 3 years of experience in industrial environment with knowledge of troubleshooting repair and maintenance procedures for industrial equipment and machinery
- Understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
