CGI Federal is currently looking for a Mid-Level Information Systems Security Engineer with active Top Secret clearance to support a large project for a federal government client. The Mid-Level ISSE will work in an agile environment applying a variety of technical skills in a fast-paced setting. The role involves supporting the design implementation and maintenance of secure systems and networks contributing to compliance efforts and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Support the development of program requirements related to IT software development and systems integration.
Assist in designing and maintaining network communications systems.
Contribute to network architecture specifications and schematics.
Provide input on hardware/software selection and implementation techniques.
Participate in testing and evaluation of network designs.
Help assess new technologies to enhance network capabilities.
Ensure quality standards are met in deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams to capture customer requirements.
Support the development of technical solutions through established processes.
Active Top Secret clearance.
Bachelors degree in software development or related discipline with experience in technical documentation.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Senior-level IT professional.
Experience with software development and system interfaces.
Familiarity C# JavaScript Java Perl.
Knowledge of Oracle API Architecture (SOAP/REST) Git.
Exposure to Solr Bash Shell.
Understanding of Oracle Label Security PL/SQL.
Experience with Visual Studio Pro Selenium.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to collaborate and contribute to team success.
