Cityscape is located 46 stories above Union Square Cityscape is the tallest skybar in San Francisco and offers 360-degree views. • At least 2 years of similar food and beverage management experience

• Strong beverage knowledge

• Great communication skills

• Previous union management experience

Beverage Lounge General Manageat the Cityscape Lounge Hilton San Francisco Union Square directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.

Salary: The salary range for this role is $10000-$11000 a year and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing

• Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation to including implementingeffective controls of food beverage and labor costs.
• Ensures compliance with health sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
• Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
• Participates in the creation and planning of menu designs to attract clientele.
• Interviews trains supervises counsels schedules and evaluates staff and ensure compliance with all HHC policies and procedures.
• Regularly review evaluate and respond to customer feedback and trouble shoot areas that require service recovery if applicable.
