- Renew strategy meeting s to discuss modelling and analytics results establish design & goals and determine marketing strategy
- Request for renewal information sent to Client
- Renew terms deadline with insurers
- Present marketing summary proposal comparisons analysis and recommendations to the client
- Finalize program and obtain revised quotes from carriers
- Provide bind order to WTW
- Bind coverage and obtain confirmation from carriers
- Provide confirmation of coverage and Binders to the client
- Issue proof of insurance (COI and Auto ID Cards)
- Deliver Policies to WTW
- Review policy for errors and request corrections
Responsibilities-
QualificationsRequirements
- Preferably educated to degree level or relevant industry experience
- Proven track record of delivering high levels of client service
- Strong practical knowledge of account development and appropriate tools to achieve this aim
- Experienced knowledge of insurance markets in order to deal effectively with client and WTW needs
- Knowledge of WTW products and services
- Skilled at building effective relationships at all levels with clients prospects associates insurers and external specialists
- Ability to represent the practice and WTW with integrity and credibility
- Strong communication negotiation and influencing skills
- Experience of working with and adhering to processes and systems to support client service delivery
