Your Opportunity

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Leapsome youll be an essential part of our design team working side by side with our Design Lead to bring ideas to life across brand marketing and product touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone early in their design career whos hungry to learn eager to experiment and excited about the future of design particularly where creativity meets AI.

You wont just execute briefs; youll help shape how we design faster smarter and more creatively by exploring testing and implementing AI-powered design tools together with us. If you love visual storytelling enjoy trying new tools and want to grow in a supportive high-impact environment this role will give you both structure and freedom to thrive.

What is your job

• Support the execution of a wide range of graphic design tasks across marketing brand and internal communications from social assets and campaign visuals to presentations landing pages and illustrations.

• Work closely with the Design Lead to translate concepts briefs and ideas into polished visual outputs that align with the Leapsome brand.

• Bring fresh creative ideas to the table and contribute to visual explorations mood boards and early concepts your perspective matters here.

• Actively research test and experiment with AI-powered design tools (e.g. image generation layout tools automation motion productivity enhancers) to understand what actually improves our workflows.

• Collaborate with the Design Lead to implement AI tools into real design processes helping the team move faster without compromising quality or craft.

• Continuously improve and refine assets based on feedback learning how to balance speed consistency and creativity.

• Stay curious about design trends digital tools and visual culture and help us keep Leapsome visually fresh and forward-thinking.

Who are we looking for

• You have foundational experience in graphic design (through studies internships junior roles or strong personal projects) and are comfortable working with core design tools like Figma Adobe Creative Suite or similar.

• Youre genuinely excited about AI in design not just as a buzzword but as something you actively want to explore test and apply in real work.

• Youre curious by nature: you enjoy learning new tools asking what if and figuring out better ways to do things.

• You have a good eye for visual design layout typography color and composition and want to keep improving it every day.

• Youre organized open to feedback and comfortable working under guidance while gradually gaining more ownership.

• You enjoy collaboration and are happy working closely with a Design Lead who will mentor you challenge you and help you grow.

• Youre proactive positive and not afraid to bring ideas or suggestions even if theyre still rough.
