Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations for MEP systems (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing).
Lead maintenance activities for irrigation systems pumps pipelines and related farm equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns to ensure minimal downtime of facilities and equipment.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Maintain records of maintenance activities spare parts usage and inventory.
Train and guide maintenance staff to improve skills and efficiency.
Liaise with farm management and other departments to support smooth operations.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP maintenance with supervisory responsibilities.
Strong knowledge in Irrigation Plumbing Electrical and Mechanical systems.
Prior experience in large-scale agricultural or farm projects is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and reporting.
Ability to work in outdoor farm environments and handle multiple tasks.
