Job Summary

Foreground is partnering with a healthcare services provider in Kuwait to hire an IT Manager to lead digital systems infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives across clinics and hospitals.

Responsibilities:

Oversee IT infrastructure networks and digital applications.
Lead digital transformation and implementation of healthcare systems.
Manage data security compliance and business continuity frameworks.
Partner with medical and administrative leaders to optimize IT solutions.
Manage IT budgets vendors and technical teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
8 years of IT experience preferably in healthcare or service industries.
Expertise in ERP systems cloud solutions and cybersecurity.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
