Works with the multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and interventions. Utilizes the nursing process to meet the needs of patients requiring complex nursing care. Provides clinical supervision of MHWs to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of care. The Co-Occurring Disorders Inpatient Treatment Program offers 24-hour care in a safe and nurturing environment thats designed to promote healing and ongoing recovery.
Our treatment approach focuses on helping patients develop and maintain their sobriety while also managing co-occurring psychiatric issues (such as Depression Bipolar Disorder Anxiety Disorders etc.). The Co-Occurring Disorders treatment team specializes in providing high-quality intervention medically assisted drug and alcohol withdrawal stabilization and the education needed to ensure a strong and successful recovery.

Requirement description :
- MUST HAVE RECENT ADULT FORENSICS EXPERIENCE IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS - REQUIRED
- 5 years of experience as an RN required (inpatient psych experience must be within the last 3 months LTC will not be accepted) - REQUIRED
- Intensive/Forensics Psych/Behavioral Health experience and age groups must be listed on the resume - REQUIRED
- Must be willing to float to other units and take charge shifts - REQUIRED
- Will consider first time travelers
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS- Resume with psych experience and all age groups listed - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- RTO cannot exceed 7 days - REQUIRED
- Psych skills checklist from within the last year - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- 2 supervisory references from last 2 years of employment - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- American Health Association BLS - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- Active Vermont or Compact license - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- Drivers license or candidates address must be included in the submission packet (35 miles or less will result in rate decrease) - REQUIRED
