Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant/Developer to design configure and implement Health Cloud solutions for healthcare and life sciences clients. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce platform expertise with hands-on experience in Health Cloud data models integrations and patient-centric workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Design configure and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions
Customize Health Cloud data models (Patient Care Plan Clinical Data)
Implement patient management care coordination and provider workflows
Develop and maintain Salesforce components using Apex LWC and Flows
Integrate Health Cloud with EHR/EMR systems using HL7 FHIR APIs
Ensure data security consent management and HIPAA compliance
Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
Support deployments testing and post-production support

Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional or Certification
Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms
Knowledge of payer provider or life sciences operations
Experience with DevOps CI/CD and release management
