Selected team members will be responsible for the following key role responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support through various channels (calls emails chats) identifying needs resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Strive for First Contact Resolution (FCR) with clear and accurate communication upholding high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Manage multiple customer interactions effectively maintaining productivity and professionalism while adhering to schedules and availability requirements.
Maintain strong knowledge of products and services to assist with inquiries perform basic troubleshooting and support upselling opportunities when appropriate.
Follow all company policies including the Code of Conduct confidentiality standards and contribute to team tasks or additional duties as needed.

Proficiency in basic computer troubleshooting is expected and familiarity with contact center tools and Microsoft Office products is considered a plus.
