At ATHEER Connectivity we provide high-performance wireless connectivity solutions for businesses and service providers. As we expand our commercial footprint we are looking for Field Sales Representatives / Channel Sales Agents who can actively go to market engage customers face-to-face and sell our service packages on the ground.
This role is highly execution-focused and suited for individuals or small teams with strong local market access and hands-on sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
Field Sales & Customer Acquisition
Conduct door-to-door and on-site visits to identify and acquire new customers.
Present and sell Atheers connectivity packages to businesses and target accounts.
Generate leads independently and convert them into signed deals.
Achieve assigned sales targets through direct on-ground selling.
Customer Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular field visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service packages.
Act as the first point of contact during the sales and onboarding stages.
Sales Execution & Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams to support installations activations and handovers.
Track sales activities and share basic field updates and feedback.
Support expansion through referrals upselling and repeat business.
Requirements
Proven experience in field sales door-to-door sales or channel sales.
Strong interpersonal communication and closing skills.
Self-motivated target-driven and comfortable working independently.
Familiarity with telecom internet services or B2B sales is a plus.
Willingness to work in the field on a daily basis.
Engagement can be commission-based or revenue-sharing depending on profile.
