Due to dynamic growth we are looking for talented Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Budapest.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with commercial flair and interest in the innovation driven Life Sciences industry to pursue an exciting and highly rewarding recruitment consultancy career.
Responsibilities:
360 degrees responsibility for the recruitment life-cycle including candidate and client relations.
End-to-end responsiblity for recruitment projects.
180 degrees of candidate management: candidate engagement strategies market mapping sourcing interviewing offer management.
180 degrees of client management: build efficient partnership with existing clients and participate in new business development activities.
Develop good understanding of Life Science industry and become a trusted advisor to clients and candidates.
Conduct candidate interviews to build positive relationships by understanding their career goals and provide them career opportunities.
Besides recruitment consultancy you will have the opportunity to participate in HR consulting and Executive Search projects as well.
Requirements:
University degree
Proven track record in recruitment / sales / consulting is desirable.
Fluent Hungarian and English
Proactivity and result-oriented approach
Sales attitude and customer focused mindset
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work in efficent and timely manner with multiple priorities at hand
