Responsibilities
The Manager of Quality for Post-Acute Services oversees quality performance improvement and regulatory readiness across home health skilled nursing and the behavioral health center. This role ensures compliance with state and federal regulations drives clinical excellence and supports interdisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality patient-centered care. Ensures work product of all departments meets regulatory compliance and outcomes set by the annual Quality Plan and Business Plan.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelors Degree in nursing (BSN) within 2 years of hire or transfer into positions required
Masters Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred
Experience
3 years of experience in post-acute care (home health hospice or skilled nursing) required
Demonstrated experience working with CMS quality programs including MDS OASIS Payroll Based Journal Quality Measures and the CMS Five Start Quality Rating System required
Previous leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare required
Licenses and Certifications
RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
