Heresthe facts about the role:

As Grounds Supervisoryoullsupervise a team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives whoare responsible forproviding a first-class grounds maintenance service to communal areas within our properties.

Youllhave hands-on line management responsibility including managing performance absence conduct recruitment/selectionand carrying out regular 1-2-1s and performance standard of workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction and thatSLAsare sure the team remain fully skilled andmonitortheir performanceidentifyingany training needs and supporting them in their professional development.

Youllundertake work in progress and post work inspections to make sure work is completed safely that the correct materials have been used and that the standard is of the required level. As part of thisyoullmonitorexpenditure within the team to make sure that all actions and materials are in line with the principles of Best Valueensuring spend is kept within budget and continuallymonitoringcost effectiveness of your decisions.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with extensive grounds maintenance experience who has the passion to be successful and influential leader.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle forbusiness use is a requirement.
