Job Summary
What youll do (the exciting part)
- Run and fineâtune advanced production equipment (think Teknoweb) to hit safety quality and throughput goals.
- Perform changeovers like a pro (film label paper box sizes) and keep print registration and labels sharp.
- Prep and load raw materials; keep packaging equipment in peak form.
- Own your lines quality checks sampling and batch records; communicate clean handoffs between shifts.
- Jump in where neededOperator Material Handler or Packerso the team never misses a beat.
- Help onboard and mentor new teammates; contribute ideas to continuous improvement and 6S.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and analytical skills; organized and deadlineâdriven.
- Handsâon knowledge of manufacturing processes and cGMP.
- A reliable teammate who thrives with minimal supervision.
