Job Details

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Act as a trusted advisor to business units providing actionable program and workforce insights and guiding strategic decisions.

    • Lead workforce planning capacity forecasting and scheduling analysis to optimize operations and ensure service excellence.

    • Design and maintain data processes that enable efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.

    • Manage KPIs and deliver meaningful performance insights.

    • Prepare review and submit monthly billing reports for client invoicing.

    • Support corporate initiatives and participate in cross-functional projects.

    • Identify opportunities for innovation automation and process improvement in workforce management.

    • Collaborate with senior leadership to set strategic direction enhance programs and achieve commercialization objectives.

    • Drive account management implementation and ensure operational excellence.

    • Contribute to business development through forecasting client engagement and service enhancements.

    • Define performance standards for managers and monitor results.

    • Assist with proposals pricing contracting and client presentations.

    • Build strong internal and external partnerships to leverage expertise and resources.

    • Develop staffing plans and adjust based on demand.

    • Provide leadership performance reviews and development plans for direct reports.

    • Guide Program Manager teams and support product development initiatives.

    • Ensure accuracy timeliness and quality across all services.

    • Identify and mitigate risks while fostering continuous improvement.

    • Report all Adverse Events promptly to designated units.

    • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • University science/healthcare degree or equivalent combination of experience and education;

  • Minimum 5 years experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry;

  • Minimum 2 years experience in management;
  • Minimum 1-2 years client management experience;
  • Knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of post-marketing studies Health Canada and / or risk management programs;
  • General knowledge of reimbursement and patient assistance programs operational policies and processes and clinical research;
  • Bilingual (French/English) an asset.

Minimum Skills Knowledge and Ability Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry

  • Strong business and financial acumen

  • Strategic thinker and influential on client needs
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills model resources and generating reporting trends
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and strong presentation skills
  • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills and demonstrates a followership model and develop teams capabilities
  • Effective organizational skills; attention to detail demonstrates critical thinking to provide out of box solutions
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines and make concrete decisions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • Collaborator and drives for results
  • Ability to resolve associate issues effectively and efficiently;
  • Critical thinking skills;
  • Strong pharmaceutical & biotechnology business knowledge including client management and healthcare professional communications; and
  • Proficient working Knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and other Office Programs

The successful candidate may have daily contacts with unilingual English-speaking customers patients or peers from cross-functional teams.
