We are actively seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers Home Care Aides (HCAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with experience caring for seniors to join our growing team.

Caregiver Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $21.00 $23.00/hour (HCA & CNA)

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Provide pleasant supportive companionship

• Assist with ambulation and mobility (in-home and outside activities such as walks or doctors appointments)

• Assist with personal care hygiene dressing and daily living activities

• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Monitor clients and report unusual incidents to the agency medical professionals and family members

• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergency situations

Caregiver Requirements

• Active CNA or HCA certification in the State of Washington or proof of completion/current enrollment in a training program

• Valid drivers license proof of auto insurance and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks

• Ability to read write and follow oral and written directions in English

• U.S. work authorization (required)

• Reliable punctual and professional

• Compassionate with excellent bedside manner

• Strong communication time management and interpersonal skills

• Physical ability to perform required job duties
