Assist chemistry instrumentation specialist with instrument maintenance

Department: Chemistry
Location: ISEC

Supervisor: Jenny Flanagan-Natoli

Hours/Shifts Available: 7-10 hours per week

Rate of Pay: $9.70

Number of Positions available: 1

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Create and optimize standard compact mass spectrometry (CMS) methods

  • Perform light maintenance activities on chemistry owned instruments

  • Create training materials to be distributed to students

  • Create promotional materials centering chemistry instruments

Qualifications:

  • Completion of CHM 231 L

Location: Schenectady NY
