Job Summary
The Business Law Department in Drexel Universitys LeBow College of Business invites applications for an Assistant Clinical Professor of Business Law to begin September 1 2026. This is a full-time non-tenure track position. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate level Business Law courses in person at the Drexel University LeBow Main Campus the Malvern Campus and online. A successful candidate will be expected to teach courses in various areas of business law such as Real Estate Law Contract Law Data Privacy and AI and White Collar Crime. The standard teaching load for an Assistant Clinical Professor is 3 courses each for 4 quarters per year.
Essential Functions
- Instruction - 12 Courses(36 - 48 credit hours) in the Colleges undergraduate and graduate programs per academic year.
- Service -Service activities include active participation on Department College or University committees task forces curriculum planning and revision student advising faculty advisor to student organizations academic/ professional engagement and other student engagement activities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Law Degree in J.D. or LLM from an ABA-Accredited law school.
- Candidates must provide evidence of successful experience in teaching.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Student evaluations.
