- Oversee and ensure product quality along the serial production life time of a product.
- Starting approving the INFICON supplier component First Article Inspections and afterwards make sure that the defined product quality gates are executed according the Quality Control Plan.
- Develop and implement a global Quality Assurance strategy.
- Lead a global team to maintain consistent quality standards (FL AX US).
- Utilize KPI tracking to drive quality improvements.
- Driving the internal organization to excellence through the transparent Quality-Performance-KPI tracking and the related pareto Quality-CIP approach.
Qualifications :
- Academic degree with over 5 years of work experience in Quality Assurance.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a global multi-site organization.
- Optimistic and transparent communication skills in english and german.
- Proven track record in improving operational quality results in a SEMI-related industry.
- Leadership experience in managing a quality team.
- Knowledge of quality tools: Problem Solving (8D) capability studies Shopfloor Management Auditing and Risk Analysis (FMEA).
- Experience with CAQ Software SAP and MS Teams.
