As Product Lead - Growth you will oversee one of Plaids highest-breadth portfolios. Youll lead PMs across Growth Web and Customer Foundations setting strategy for funnel optimization down-market acquisition enterprise enablement and the customer lifecycle model. You will partner deeply with Engineering Design BI/DS Marketing Sales and Partnerships to shape growth motions across all GTM channels. You will also support key enterprise and partnership deals identifying product opportunities and clarifying deal mechanics. This role is ideal for a seasoned B2B growth leader who is highly data-oriented and energized by solving complex problems across multiple surfaces with the mission of driving efficient growth.
Responsibilities
Lead PMs across Growth Web and Customer Foundations.
Define the end-to-end growth strategy across website PLG SMB enterprise and partnerships.
Own core funnel performance: traffic MQL onboarding activation.
Drive scalable SMB and long-tail customer acquisition motions.
Partner with Sales and Partnerships to support large enterprise deals identify product gaps and shape deal mechanics.
Oversee onboarding risk engine and customer compliance workflows.
Build and operationalize Plaids Customer Lifecycle Model (CLM) to ensure clean customer state and entitlement logic.
Use data to identify funnel opportunities segment users validate hypotheses and drive experimentation.
Make resource allocation and prioritization decisions across a high-breadth portfolio.
Communicate strategy tradeoffs and insights to Executive GTM and Engineering leadership
Qualifications
8-10 years of product management experience including 2 years managing PMs.
Demonstrated success leading PLG or B2B growth at scale.
Strong analytical and funnel optimization skills; comfort with data modeling and experimentation.
Deep experience partnering with GTM teams (Sales Partnerships Marketing).
Experience supporting enterprise deals or partnership motions.
Demonstrated ability to operate across multiple domains: growth risk compliance onboarding internal systems.
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
Nice-to-haves: Experience in fintech onboarding risk or compliance workflows
Background in API-first or platform businesses
$226800 - $400000 a year
The target base salary for this position ranges from $226800/year to $400000/year in Zone 1. The target base salary will vary based on the jobs location.
Our geographic zones are as follows:
Zone 1 - New York City and San Francisco Bay Area
Zone 2 - Los Angeles Seattle Washington D.C.
Zone 3 - Austin Boston Denver Houston Portland Sacramento San Diego
Zone 4 - Raleigh-Durham and all other US cities
Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan including medical dental vision and 401(k).
