Job Summary

  • As a Receptionist you will create intuitive and memorable experiences for our guests during their arrival and departure journeys.
    You will consistently apply the service and quality standards of the hotel ensuring that every interaction with guests reflects excellence.
    Additionally you will encourage and perform upselling and cross-selling activities promoting additional hotel services such as the spa restaurants and exclusive activities.

Qualifications :

  • Knowledge of systems such as OPERA POS HotSOS MS Office and online review management platforms.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferably in a luxury hotel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse clientele.
  • Proficiency in languages especially English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Previous experience in the Front Desk or Guest Experience departments of a luxury hotel.
  • Experience in handling Quality and Guest Experience audit programs.
