About the Role:
We are seekinganEvents & Conference MarketingLeadto join our Pension Solutions Team. This role elevates CAATs presence at conferences tradeshows webinars and employer-facing events to drive growth brand visibility lead generation and engagement with prospective employers and influencers. Combining strategic event planning with executional excellence the Lead manageslogistics marketing collateral audience communications and cross-functional coordinationtranslating complex ideas into compelling experiences with strong project management and communication skills.
As the Newest Member of our TeamYoull:
Develop annual event strategy/calendar aligned with Growth Marketing and Business Development goals; evaluate opportunities based on audience fit value and ROI.
Create detailed event plans covering themes messaging budgets staffing timelines and success metrics.
Manage end-to-end execution: registration booth design shipping AV travel run-of-show and vendor coordination for professional onsite experiences.
Ensure marketing materials presentations speaking notes and collateral reflect CAATs brand; support speakers with briefs talking points and coaching.
Partner with digital/content teams on pre/post-event promotion: email campaigns invitations landing pages social/paid assets for brand consistency and thought leadership.
Collaborate with Business Development on goals staffing target accounts; support lead capture into Salesforce follow-up workflows and sales materials (talk tracks FAQs).
Oversee vendor relationships (organizers suppliers agencies) and budgets withaccurateforecasting cost management and value delivery.
Track KPIs (attendance engagement leads ROI); produce post-event summariesmaintainteam calendar and recommend improvements in event tech/trends.
Travel occasionallyto conferences and events.
To Succeed You Bring:
University Degree or College Diploma in Marketing Communications Event Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
57 years managing events conferences and experiential marketing in B2B/professional services.
Demonstrated end-to-end event execution: planning budgetinglogistics vendor management staffing post-event reporting.
Strong integrated marketing knowledge (email content digital) for event promotion/lead capture; sales team collaboration aligning to pipeline/revenue.
Excellent writing/editing for briefs speaking notes promotional copy event scripts.
Strong project/vendor management to handle multiple priorities tight deadlines fast-paced/ambiguous environments with agility to pivot and innovate.
Financial services or membership-based B2B experience (asset).
Ability to innovate with event technology experiential trends and best practices.
