As a Candidate Attraction Advisor working from our Sudbury office youll be the driving force behind our continued success and growth. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Candidate Attraction Supervisor to collaborate with our team in identifying exceptional talent and driving recruitment efforts.
Salary: $50 000 - $55 000

What we are seeking from you:
- Build a pool of qualified candidates by developing and maintaining ongoing relationship networks to attract and identify the optimal candidates in line with our current and future requirements.
- Screen resumes and verify that applicants meet the required criteria for each role they apply to.
- Interview potential candidates and meet interview goals.
- Conduct professional reference and background checks for all new onboarding field staff.
- Prepare and distribute conditional job offers to successful candidates.
- Collect required documentation complying with office policies and ensuring the completion of employee files.
- Deliver and execute Plan As policies and procedures to employees and partners.
- Follow up with candidates regarding day-to-day logistics of training sessions communicate training specifics and handle additional administrative tasks as needed.
- Represent and promote the Company at various recruitment events such as job fairs educational institutions etc.
- Navigate numerous schedules and strategically help the team ensure optimal coverage for partners.
- Support field staff in their employment with Plan A.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
What you bring:
- A passion for interacting with professional people as they pursue career opportunities!
- A relevant post-secondary education plus work experience.
- Ability to prioritize tasks responsibilities strong time management skills and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills reading writing and presentation skills.
- French is considered an asset.
- Proficient with computer programs; Microsoft Office Suite: Word Excel etc.
