Job Summary

Help us get ahead of disease together with our Asia Development team in Singapore 2026:

Education required: BS degree from an accredited college/university preferably in Science or related business discipline

Other requirements: Enrolled at a SG university for the duration of your studies possess effective communication skills utilizing modern methods e.g. digital tools

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English

Internship period: July to December 2026

What will you do

  • Design and delivery of communication & engagement plan that resonates and connects with Asia Developmentand broader R&D strategy

  • Creation of communication materials visuals videos in collaboration with the leadership teamsbased in SingaporeJapanand Chinafor campaigns townhalls and events

  • Implementation and promotion of new and existingcommunication channels

  • Intelligence gathering of industry trends in communication engagement and learning methodologies to inform the strategic direction and priorities of Asia Development

  • Represent Asia R&D in Global Comms Engagement and Capability Networksdeliver enterprise-wide programs.

What will you learn

  • Research & Development strategy in Asia our priorities and pipeline in Asia with focus in Japan and China

  • R&D operations / day-to-day of various R&D functionse.g.Data Science Biostatistics Precision Medicine

  • Business and communication skills via effective partnerships across various regions and cultures

  • Essentials of transformation project and change management skills
