• If youarea tactical procurement professional with procurement / supply chain / material management backgroundand lookingforcareeropportunityEmersonhasanexciting offer to you! Tactical Buyer MEA YSS will be working with the MEA SYSS Procurement team aimed at proper commercial activity management and execution of 3rd Party Goods and Services Procurement activity for MEA-SYSS BU during the Project ProcuretoPay cycle and will be generally working on placing purchase orders for goods & services based upon project requirements as required by the project purchase requisition work on vendor data base management vendor due diligence vendor invoice reconciliation and processing.

InthisRoleYourResponsibilitiesWillBe:

• Vendor Creations & Vendor Data Base Management

• review of Purchase Order with the final RFP and supplier offers.

• Purchase Order requisition creation & Purchase Order creation in Oracle.

• Manage and expedite internal Purchase Order approvals.

• supporting Vendor Invoice Reconciliation and Processing.

• supplier Due Diligence approvals in business system.

• Work in Emerson Project management financial / projects tools MS Teams Power BI

• Ensure quality and timelines for assigned tasks.

• Liaison with all stakeholders like Front Sales Office Project Managers Planners Buyers & Suppliers.

• Perform regulations and compliance.

• Timely professional communication and responsiveness with internal customers and suppliers

• maintain all necessary databases to support accurate tracking and reporting

• Work on other duties and tasks as assigned

• Ensure compliance to Emerson Record Retention Policy at all times.

• Ensure compliance to Emersons Ethics Policy at all the times

You are a detail-oriented and organized professional with strong understanding of supply chain / procurement processes. You thrive in a fast -paced environment managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in procurement operations. Your strong systems / ERP related skills & excellent communication allows you to work with various stakeholders. You are proactive resourceful and committed to optimize procurement processes. Your ability to leverage procurement systems makes you valuable asset to the team.

ForThisRoleYouWillNeed:

• 4-5 years experience inProcurement Processes Vendor Management Supply Chain processes

• Demonstrated abilities in working on ERP based systems such as ORACLE and MS tools

• Conversant in Microsoft Office applications

• Well versed/ aware of various supply chain methodologies and best practices prior experience on project procurement / supply chain processes and execution is essential.

• Knowledge of Procure to Pay cycle.

• ability to work in multicultural virtual environment and lead/ coordinate activities for offices located abroad

• Bachelor / masters degree in commerce / business management
