Reporting to the Regional President the Region Vice President of Sales (RVP Sales) is responsible for driving revenue growth market expansion and sales excellence across a defined geographic region. This role provides strategic and operational leadership to regional sales teams builds executive-level client relationships and partners closely with Operations to deliver profitable sustainable growth within the security services portfolio (guarding mobile electronic security and integrated solutions).

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives
Own regional revenue margin and new business targets
Analyze market trends competitive landscape and customer needs to drive strategic opportunities
Lead complex high-value sales pursuits and executive-level negotiations
Team Leadership & Development
Lead coach and develop Regional Sales Directors Business Development Managers and support staff
Establish performance expectations KPIs and accountability frameworks
Build a strong sales culture focused on ethical selling collaboration and results
Identify talent gaps and support hiring onboarding and succession planning
Client & Market Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise and regional clients
Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts
Represent the organization at industry events client meetings and regional forums
Drive cross-selling and upselling across security service lines
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Operations Finance Legal and HR to ensure successful contract implementation and retention
Ensure proposals are operationally sound competitively priced and aligned with service capabilities
Support retention strategies and client satisfaction initiatives
Forecasting & Reporting
Own accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
Track performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed
Provide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
6 years of progressive sales leadership experience preferably in security services facilities services or B2B outsourcing
Proven success leading multi-state or regional sales teams
Strong executive presence with experience selling to C-suite and senior decision-makers
Demonstrated ability to close large complex multi-site contracts
Preferred
Experience in contract security guarding services or integrated security solutions
MBA or advanced business degree
Familiarity with CRM platforms and data-driven sales management
