Key Responsibilities
Design user experiences and interfaces focused on improving conversion rates and user engagement
Collaborate with product managers marketers engineers and data teams to identify growth opportunities
Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs for experiments and new features
Conduct and apply user research usability testing and behavioral insights
Design and iterate on landing pages onboarding flows in-product experiences and lifecycle touchpoints
Support A/B testing and experimentation by designing variations and analyzing results
Use data and analytics to inform design decisions and measure impact
Maintain and evolve design systems to support scalable growth initiatives
Ensure designs are user-centered accessible and aligned with brand guidelines
Document design rationale learnings and best practices
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction or equivalent experience
36 years of experience in product design UX/UI design or growth-focused design roles
Strong portfolio demonstrating data-informed design and experimentation
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe XD
Experience working closely with product marketing and engineering teams
Understanding of conversion optimization UX principles and user behavior
Strong communication collaboration and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
Preferred Skills
Experience with A/B testing platforms and analytics tools
Knowledge of CRO funnel optimization and lifecycle design
Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML/CSS)
Experience working in fast-paced startup or growth-stage environments
