Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a high-quality primary care environment focused on population health preventive care and patient education. This role supports both front and back office clinical operations and plays a key part in delivering a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide patient-centered care by measuring and recording vital signs rooming patients and preparing them for exams and procedures
Assist providers during examinations and procedures and document visit details in the electronic health record (EHR)
Administer medications and vaccines including flu shots
Perform blood draws and biometric screenings
Answer and triage patient phone calls in accordance with clinical protocols
Educate patients on treatments care plans and health maintenance
Maintain medical supply inventory and stock exam rooms
Provide clerical and administrative support as needed
Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Active LVN/LPN license
Experience administering flu shots and performing biometric screenings
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Proficiency with computers and electronic health records
Critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Commitment to patient education wellness and preventive care
Experience
12 years of clinical experience preferred
