What Youll Be Doing
As an Associate in the Wealth Solutions Group at CIBC Global Markets youll play a key role in distributing a diverse range of equity- and rate-linked structured products to investment advisor networks across Quebec. Youll initiate and nurture client relationships through outbound and follow-up calls generate value-added ideas and conduct client meetings and presentations. Youll work collaboratively with CIBC infrastructure groups including product engineering advisory and trading to ensure seamless communication and support. Together with other marketers youll help develop tailored solutions facilitate timely execution and provide up-to-date product and rate information to clients. Youll deliver exceptional service to existing buyers and support colleagues in daily desk operations.

How Youll Succeed
- Client Focus Put clients at the centre of every interaction by promptly answering calls responding to emails and proactively reaching out to discuss new opportunities. Deliver rapid turnaround times to consistently exceed client expectations.
- Business Expansion Collaborate with sales structuring advisory and trading teams to develop effective client positioning and ensure timely execution. Share knowledge and best practices with team members and contribute positively to the organizations culture.
- Initiative Demonstrate a self-starter mindset by launching call campaigns and keeping clients informed about market developments and product opportunities.
- Attention to Detail Maintain a meticulous focus on details that impact pricing and enhance the overall client experience.
- Creativity and Service Excellence Use an innovative approach to develop bespoke solutions tailored to each clients needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Continuous Learning Utilize internal and external resources to expand product knowledge and stay current with trends in finance and AI.
Who You Are
- You have relevant experience. You bring experience from related industries and are passionate about financial markets. You have a strong understanding of the current market environment structured rates and equity derivatives. A background in accounting and finance is an asset.
- You hold a relevant degree. You have an undergraduate or masters degree in commerce finance or STEM. Progress toward the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is considered an asset.

- Youre digitally savvy. You seek out innovative solutions and embrace evolving technologies. You easily adapt to new tools and trends and are proficient in all Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
