Jouw missie bij Imerys als ervaren PlantTechnieker:
Als Plant Technician speel je een cruciale rol in het optimaliseren van ons machinepark zodat de productie soepel verloopt. Je werkt met aandacht voor productie- milieu- en veiligheidsvoorschriften en focust op timing en kostenbesparing. Je rapporteert aan de Maintenance Supervisor of Maintenance Manager en hebt regelmatig contact met de productieafdeling.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Onderhoud en revisie: Je onderhoudt en reviseert de machines volgens het ALC-plan zodat stilstanden geminimaliseerd worden en de veiligheid gewaarborgd blijft.
- Diagnoses en verbeteringen: Je stelt diagnoses op en denkt mee over duurzame verbeteringen voor ons proces.
- Voorraadbeheer: Je houdt het verbruik van wisselstukken bij zodat we altijd over een optimale voorraad beschikken.
- Rapportage: Je documenteert de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden om alles overzichtelijk te houden.
- Werkvergunningen: Je schrijft werkvergunningen uit en zorgt ervoor dat alle procedures soepel verlopen.
- Veiligheid: Je werkt volgens de Imerys standaarden en houdt een vinger aan de pols voor onveilige situaties.
- Netheid: Je draagt bij aan een nette en ordelijke omgeving in de fabriek en werkplaats.
- Milieu: Je volgt milieuvoorschriften en helpt mee om stofuitstoot en afval te minimaliseren.
Jouw profiel:
- Opleiding en ervaring: Je hebt een diploma in Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je hebt een doorgedreven ervaring met elektriciteit. Bij voorkeur heb je gewerkt in een geautomatiseerde productieomgeving vooral met bulk- en poederproducten.
- Persoonlijke eigenschappen: Je bent nauwkeurig verantwoordelijk en toont initiatief.
- Taalvaardigheid: Je hebt een goede beheersing van het Nederlands.
