Actikare Responsive In Home Care is actively seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers Home Care Aides (HCA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) with senior care experience to join our award-winning team. We are a trusted provider of high-quality in-home care dedicated to supporting our clients dignity independence and quality of life.

About the Role

As an Actikare caregiver you will make a meaningful difference by assisting seniors with daily activities providing companionship and helping them remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $21.00 $23.00 per hour (HCA & CNA)

• Expected hours: 1220 per week with potential to increase up to 40 hours

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly supportive companionship

• Assist with ambulation and mobility (inside and outside the home including appointments and walks)

• Help with personal care hygiene dressing and daily living activities

• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Monitor clients and report any unusual changes or incidents to the agency medical professionals and family members

• Respond promptly and responsibly in emergency situations

Requirements

• Active Washington State CNA or HCA certification or proof of completion/current enrollment in a training program

• Valid drivers license auto insurance and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks

• Ability to read write and follow verbal and written instructions in English

• U.S. work authorization (required)

• Strong reliability punctuality and professionalism

• Compassionate attitude with excellent bedside manner

• Strong communication time management and interpersonal skills

• Physical ability to perform required caregiving tasks
