Subaru Love-Encore Specialist (POST DELIVERY)

Are you passionate about technology cars and delivering exceptional customer experiences Were seeking an enthusiastic Subaru Love-Encore Specialist to join our dealership team!
As our Love-Encore Specialist youll be the go-to expert for new Subaru owners ensuring they fully understand and appreciate all the advanced features of their vehicle from EyeSight safety systems and STARLINK infotainment to Bluetooth pairing navigation adaptive cruise control and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact new Subaru owners 14-60 days after purchase to schedule complimentary one-on-one Love-Encore sessions
- Conduct personalized redelivery appointments answering questions and demonstrating vehicle technology
- Customize settings for infotainment driver assists voice commands and connected services
- Educate sales and service teams on Subaru features
- Manage scheduling follow-ups (phone email text) and program incentives
- Track customer satisfaction and promote the Subaru Love Promise
What Were Looking For:
- Tech-savvy individual with strong knowledge of smartphones apps and automotive technology (Subaru experience a plus!)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills patient friendly and customer-focused
- Enthusiastic about the Subaru brand and committed to creating wow moments
- Professional demeanor with flexibility for evenings/weekends as needed
- Valid drivers license and clean record
