The St. Cloud Hospitals Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit provides quality care to our tiniest and sickest of infants from age of viability and above. Our 36-bed state of the art NICU provides a combination single and pod style rooms which allows for parents to stay with their infant 24/7 dedicated lactation support Family Support Program Respite room for parents and air & ground transport all while providing high tech care with heart.

• Schedule
  • Full-time 60-72 hours every two weeks Onsite
  • Day/night rotation 12-hour shifts 7am-7:30pm/7pm-7:30am
  • Every other weekend (Fri-Sun) rotating holidays

• Pay and Benefits:

• Pay based on experience and degree
  • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $41.34 per hour
  • Bachelors in nursing starting at $42.37 per hour
  • Masters in nursing starting at $43.43 per hour
  • Pay range: $41.34 - $62.01 per hour
• Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts
• $3500 hiring bonus and $5000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates!

• Qualifications
  • Graduate from a nursing program and current MN RN license required
  • BSN required within three years
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
  • NICU level III skill required

$3500 Hiring Bonus Eligibility: To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

$5000 Relocation Assistance Eligibility: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away fromSt. Cloud Hospital andrelocate to within 30 miles of it.
