Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven QA Tester based in Queretaro Mexico. This role is primarily focused on designing and executing manual test case strategies auditing test results and ensuring the performance reliability and scalability of our software products. While the core responsibilities center around manual testing experience or exposure to test automation tools is highly valued.
As part of our long-term vision we are exploring the integration of AI-driven agents to enhance test automation and efficiency. Candidates with interest or familiarity in this area will have opportunities to contribute to innovative initiatives though this is not a required skill for the role.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and experience collaborating within Agile development teams.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform testing of assigned User Stories Bugs and Reactivations
- Design and implement manual and automated test cases
- Audit and maintain automated test results
- Functional/Integration/Stress/Volume testing.
- Identify report and track software bugs
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Ensure software meets defined quality and reliability standards
