Due to dynamic growth we are looking for talented students with interest in recruitment and HR consulting to join our Recruitment Consultant trainee program.

Responsibilities:

Identify and approach suitable candidates using different sourcing techniques
Engage candidates via head-hunting cold calling database search and social media
Support the recruitment consultants in projects and candidate management activities
Build a network with Life Science professionals
Conduct phone screening with candidates
Participate in market mapping and talent advisory consulting projects
Arrange interviews and provide administrative support throughout the recruitment life-cycle
