Job Summary
Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in Saudi Arabia. Our client is a leading company specializing in advanced power distribution solutions. As part of a global group they focus on delivering smart reliable and energyefficient electrical distribution systems and components. With a strong emphasis on innovation they provide endtoend solutions tailored to a variety of sectors including energy infrastructure industrial and commercial applications.
Job Title: Project Manager
Scope: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Odoo ERP system development to lead endtoend project and delivery. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge excellent leadership and organizational skills along with proficiency in both English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of ERP projects ensuring successful planning and delivery to executive stakeholders.
- Lead project teams with effective resource allocation and technical decisionmaking.
- Collaborate with ERP experts to organize and facilitate Sprint planning daily standups and review meetings.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including timelines action plans resource usage and status updates.
- Proactively identify potential risks in ERP implementation and create mitigation strategies.
- Provide clear leadership direction and ongoing performance feedback to crossfunctional teams.
- Ensure all project milestones and deliverables meet quality standards and align with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management including at least 5 years specifically managing ERP or Odoo system development projects.
Certifications Required:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Agile Scrum Master
- SAFe Agilist 5
