Job Summary
Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in Saudi Arabia. Our client is a leading company specializing in advanced power distribution solutions. As part of a global group they focus on delivering smart reliable and energyefficient electrical distribution systems and components. With a strong emphasis on innovation they provide endtoend solutions tailored to a variety of sectors including energy infrastructure industrial and commercial applications.
Job Title: Systems Analyst
Scope: We are seeking a detailoriented Systems Analyst with a strong background in requirements gathering and functional analysis to support the development and optimization of complex government systems. The ideal candidate will possess critical thinking skills fluency in both English and Arabic and solid experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather analyze and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with developers testers and product owners to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Leverage expertise in military service laws to tailor system requirements accordingly.
- Conduct data analysis and present findings through visualization tools.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in requirements gathering and system analysis.
Certifications Required:
- Agile Scrum Master
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of government systems particularly military service regulations.
- Critical thinking problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Experience in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
