Responsibilities -
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician

Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes promptly

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Assist with patient assessments documentation and care planning

Maintain accurate and timely patient records

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations safety standards and facility policies

Support patients and families with education and compassionate care
Schedule & Contract Details -
Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements -
Active LPN license (state license or compact license as applicable)

Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience preferred

BLS certification (required)

Strong clinical communication and documentation skills
