Position: Technology Lead Conversational AI & OpenSystems

Must-Have Skills

Strong experience in AI/ML systems and Conversational AI platforms (preferably )
Expertise in microservices architecture API design and event-driven systems
Full-stack development experience
Familiarity with MCP tooling and observability frameworks

Nice-to-Have Skills

Proficiency in Python JavaScript RESTful APIs
Experience with bot development and conversational frameworks
Exposure to Java and cloud-native development (AWS/Azure)

Key Responsibilities

Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments
